Reviews

The Reviews page is where you manage the ratings and reviews customers leave on your products. New reviews arrive as "Pending" and are not shown on your store until you approve them. From this page you can read each review, approve it, reject it, or delete it.

The overview cards

At the top of the page, four cards give you a quick summary:

  • Total Reviews - All reviews your store has received
  • Pending Approval - Reviews waiting for your decision
  • Approved - Reviews visible on your store
  • Average Rating - The average star rating across your reviews

The reviews list

Each row in the table shows:

  • Customer - The reviewer's name. A green Verified badge means the review comes from a real purchase.
  • Product - The product being reviewed. Click the product name to open its live page on your store in a new tab.
  • Rating - The star rating (1 to 5).
  • Review - The review title and text, plus how many shoppers marked it as helpful.
  • Status - PENDING, APPROVED, or REJECTED.
  • Date - When the review was written.
  • Actions - Buttons to view, approve, reject, or delete the review.

Filtering reviews

  1. Use the Status Filter dropdown to show All, Pending, Approved, or Rejected reviews.
  2. Use the Rating Filter dropdown to show only reviews with a certain star rating.
  3. Click Refresh Reviews to reload the list.

Approving a review

Approved reviews appear on the product page in your store.

  1. Find the review with status PENDING.
  2. Click the green check icon in the Actions column.
  3. A confirmation message appears and the status changes to APPROVED.

You can also open the review first to read it in full:

  1. Click the eye icon to open the review details.
  2. Read the customer information and the full review text.
  3. Click Approve or Reject at the bottom of the dialog.

Rejecting (hiding) a review

Rejecting a review keeps it in your dashboard but hides it from your store.

  1. Find the pending review.
  2. Click the red cancel icon in the Actions column.
  3. The status changes to REJECTED.

Approve and reject buttons only appear while a review is pending. Once you approve or reject a review, you cannot switch it to the other status from this page, so read the review carefully before deciding.

Deleting a review

Deleting removes the review completely. Use this for spam or abusive content.

  1. Find the review in the list.
  2. Click the red trash icon in the Actions column.
  3. The review is removed and the statistics update.

Deleting cannot be undone.

Common questions

Why is a new review not showing on my store? New reviews start as Pending. Open the Reviews page and approve the review to publish it.

Can I reply to a review? Not from this page. The Reviews page is for moderating reviews (approve, reject, delete). There is no reply feature.

I rejected a review by mistake. Can I approve it now? No. Once a review is approved or rejected, the decision buttons disappear. If this happens, contact support at [email protected].

What does the "Verified" badge mean? It means the reviewer actually bought the product from your store. Reviews without the badge were left without a confirmed purchase.

The list says "No reviews found". Either your products have no reviews yet, or your current filters are hiding them. Set both filters back to "All" and click Refresh Reviews.
