Your Account
Your Ecomplify account is separate from your shops — it is the login you use to access the dashboard. Two pages manage it: My Profile (your personal details, password and account deletion) and Active Sessions (the devices you are logged in on).
Editing your profile
Open My Profile from the dashboard menu.
Personal information
- Update your Full Name (required) and Phone (with country code, e.g.
+1234567890). - Your Email is shown but cannot be changed — it is your login identity.
- Click Update Profile at the bottom to save.
Address information
You can also store your address:
- Fill in Street Address, City, State/Province, Country and ZIP/Postal Code.
- Click Update Profile to save.
Changing your password
The password field is in the Security section of My Profile:
- Type your new password in the New Password field. Use the eye icon to show or hide it.
- Leave the field blank if you do not want to change your password — blank means "keep my current password".
- Click Update Profile.
- The field is cleared after a successful save.
Active login sessions
Every time you log in — on your laptop, phone or another browser — a session is created. The Active Sessions page lists them all so you can spot anything unfamiliar and log out devices you no longer use.
Open it from the dashboard menu, or from My Profile: in the Security section, click View Active Sessions.
For each session you see:
- The device type (computer, phone or tablet) and the browser and operating system, e.g. "Chrome on Windows".
- The IP address it logged in from.
- When the session started, e.g. "2 hours ago".
- A Current Session badge on the device you are using right now.
Log out one device
- Find the session you want to end.
- Click the red delete icon on its card. (The current session has no delete icon — you cannot log yourself out from here.)
- Click Delete in the confirmation window.
- That device is logged out immediately.
Log out all other devices
If you think someone else has access to your account:
- Click Logout All Other Sessions at the top right. The button shows how many sessions will be ended.
- Click Logout All to confirm.
- Every device except the one you are using is logged out. Your current session stays active.
Tip: after doing this, also change your password in My Profile.
Deleting your account
At the bottom of My Profile is the Danger Zone. Deleting your account is permanent — it removes your profile, email, preferences and all login sessions, and it cannot be undone.
- You must delete all your shops first. If you still have shops, the page lists them and the deletion is blocked. Go to each shop's settings, delete the shop, then come back.
- Click Delete Account Permanently.
- Read the confirmation window carefully, then click Yes, Delete My Account.
- You are logged out and sent to the login page.
Common questions
Why can't I change my email address? Your email is your account identity, so it cannot be edited on this page.
I updated my profile but my password did not change. The password only changes if you typed something in the New Password field. A blank field keeps your old password.
I see a session I don't recognize. What should I do? Log it out with the delete icon (or use Logout All Other Sessions), then change your password right away.
Why is the delete account button not working? You still own one or more shops. The page lists them — each shop must be deleted from its own settings before your account can be deleted.
