Billing & Plans

The Billing page is where you choose your Ecomplify plan, pay for it, see when it expires, and extend or upgrade it. Your store runs on a subscription, so keeping your plan active here keeps your store online.

The plans

Ecomplify offers four plans. Prices are shown on the Billing page in your chosen currency.

  • Free - a 14-day free trial. Includes the online store with free SSL, product and order management, AI Intelli Search and email notifications. No custom domain.
  • Starter - for new stores. Adds a custom domain, 0% transaction fees and email support.
  • Growth - for growing businesses. Adds advanced analytics, multi-language store, API access and priority support.
  • Pro - for high-volume sellers. Everything in Growth plus a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, an uptime SLA and phone support. For Pro, click Contact Us — the Ecomplify team will set it up with you.

Your current plan is marked with a green Current Plan badge.

Choosing currency and billing cycle

At the top of the page:

  1. Pick your currency: USD ($) or INR (₹).
  2. Pick your billing cycle: Monthly or Yearly. Yearly saves about 17%, and the page shows exactly how much you save per year.

Your currency choice also decides how you pay: INR uses Razorpay (UPI, wallets, cards), USD uses PayPal.

Starting the free trial

  1. On the Free plan card, click Start 14-Day Free Trial.
  2. The trial activates immediately — no payment needed.

The trial can be used only once. While it is active, a banner at the top shows when it ends and reminds you to upgrade before then.

Subscribing to a paid plan

  1. Click the button on the plan card you want (for example Upgrade to Starter).
  2. A payment window opens showing the plan and price.
  3. Optional: enter a Coupon Code and click Apply Coupon. The discount is shown in the price summary.
  4. Tick the payment method (PayPal for USD, UPI/Wallets/Cards (Razorpay) for INR).
  5. Click Pay.
  6. Complete the payment:
    • Razorpay - a payment popup opens. Pay with UPI, a wallet or a card.
    • PayPal - you are redirected to PayPal. Approve the payment there and you will be brought back to the dashboard.
  7. You will see a success message, and the page updates to show your new plan.

Your current plan banner

Once you have a plan, a banner at the top of the Billing page shows:

  • The plan name and its status: Active, Trial Active, Expired or Trial Expired.
  • The renewal or expiry date, and how many days remain.
  • An action button: Extend Plan (paid plans) or Upgrade Now (trials).

Extending your plan

You can pay for more time before (or after) your plan runs out:

  1. Click Extend Plan in the banner.
  2. The payment window opens with your current plan, in the same currency you originally paid in.
  3. Apply a coupon if you have one, then click Extend / Pay and complete the payment.

The new period is added on top of your current end date.

What happens when my plan expires?

  • The banner turns red and shows Expired (or Trial Expired) with the date it ended.
  • If your trial ended, you must upgrade to a paid plan to keep using your store.
  • If a paid plan ended, click the red button in the banner to extend it and pick up where you left off.

Changing plans

  • Upgrading (e.g. Starter to Growth): click the higher plan's card and pay as usual.
  • Downgrading: lower plans are greyed out while you are on a higher plan and cannot be selected from this page. Contact support if you need to move down.
  • The Free trial cannot be selected again once you have had any plan — its button shows Trial Used.

Common questions

Where is my invoice or receipt? The Billing page does not list past invoices. Your payment confirmation comes from the payment provider — PayPal or Razorpay — by email after you pay. If you need a formal invoice, contact [email protected].

My coupon says "Invalid coupon code". Check the spelling and make sure the coupon applies to the plan you selected. Coupons are validated when you click Apply Coupon.

I paid with PayPal but it says payment was cancelled. This appears if you closed or cancelled the PayPal page before approving. No money was taken — start the payment again.

Can I pay in a different currency than my current plan? Extensions are always charged in the currency of your existing plan. For new subscriptions, pick USD or INR at the top before paying.
